Understanding how others feel helps us get along with others.
Before doing something to someone else, we should think about how it would make us feel if someone did the same thing to us.
We reflected on how we would feel if someone:
- teased us
- called us names
- pushed us out of line
- broke our favorite plaything
- laughed when we made a mistake
- blamed us for something we didn’t do
- took something that belonged to us
We thought of how to repair and make up to our friends when we act in an incorrect way.
