On Tuesday, September 1st we celebrated Founders' Day at the kindergarten. Some children came to school dressed in tartan clothing showing a joyful school spirit.
They listened attentively to the story of how scottish families came to Argentina in a big ship called The Symmetry"" and how their children started their first schooling at the church. We went through the school history until we got to our new building, the kindergarten on Rosales street.
We celebrated the school's birthday with blue and white balloons and delicious cakes. Children decorated the school badge, shared ideas and feelings about the school and asked many questions about the past. They all went home feeling very excited and proud of belonging to St. Andrew's community.
Happy birthday St. Andrew's! 171 years old...wow!
