More about our visit to the farm
As you know, the “Bunnies” are learning about “The farm”.

We went to the farm, we saw animals and learnt about them, what they ate, where they “slept” and what they were like.  We are also learning about the different “products” we can get from the farm.

Some of these products are: milk, eggs, honey, meat and wheat.  With some of these products we prepared a delicious honey cake.  We had lots of fun preparing it and following the recipe carefully and most of all, eating it!

Try baking it at home, here goes the recipe:

Beat 100 gr of butter with 2 eggs.  Add 200gr of honey, beat again.  Add 100 gr of brown sugar, stir for 5 minutes.  Afterwards add 175 gr of flour and  150 cc of milk.  Add half spoon of cinnamon.  Stir all together and take it to the oven for 1 hour.
