On Thursday December 2nd. Santa Claus came to visit the Olivos Kindergarten.
He arrived after leaving his sledge and reindeer around the corner and ringing his bell and singing “Ho, ho, ho” he went round the Kindergarten visiting each classroom.
The children were anxiously waiting for him; they received him with Christmas Carols and gave him a big hug. They were so excited when they heard his bell getting nearer and stared at him showing surprise and enthusiasm at the same time as he went into the classroom!
Santa spent a while with each group, listening to the childrens' wishes and answering their questions about his life in the North Pole, where he comes from. Then each child gave him the letter they had written and a huge hug. Santa drew out of his big red bag a surprise for each child… a candy cane! The children were so thankful and happy!
Our Kindergarten was filled with a magical spirit and children and teachers had a very special celebration.
