


SEIL area is in charge of coordinating the emotional intelligence spaces in the school, the coexistence, the House system in secondary school, and the leadership bodies such as junior voice, student voice and prefects.

SEIL's methodology consists of creating a special space and time to create community and explore together the essence of each student in a safe and epic space specially designed to educate the heart.

The word pedagogue means “he who walks next to…”. Like the old pedagogues, we believe in walking very close to our students, knowing them by name and, most personally, we are deeply interested in “that” that lives within each one of them. It is our hope that you do not feel alone as you venture down the path of life.
We believe in giving our students the opportunity to experience a journey of self-discovery and self-realization while learning that they can gradually uncover their truest potential.
For children to express their interiority and for us to work with it, the space must feel safe. At the same time, the space must feel epic to them and, we believe in designing all our initiatives to undertake a transformation adventure leaving their comfort zone and going where they have not yet gone before.
We believe in the importance of creating spaces designed to help children connect with their hearts. That is why our weekly one-hour classes always begin with THRESHOLDS such as breathing, listening to music, to promote heart connection.
We teach students to cultivate a discipline of being able to be more present at every moment and being able to refine what we could call their ESSENCE.
Were students can more themselves when they are with others. Also in this dimension we educate students in the art of feedback at the service of the emergence of the essence of their classmates.
We teach students valuable tools and concepts that help them grow as people, such as the hero's journey, the enneagram, principles of emotional and spiritual intelligence, such as the search for purpose and life project.
We understand by flourishing the fact of refining your ability to be leaders. All students with leaders, whether they have a formal position or not. Our belief is to be able to help them find what moves them and what they don't like about reality and to put what they are at the service of something bigger than themselves.
